Voyage cycle

Screening
Counterparty, cargo and trading area checked for sanctions exposure and know your customer requirements before an offer is made.
Fixture
Terms negotiated through brokers or direct, subject to the owner's approval. Recap issued to owner and technical manager.
Voyage operations
Voyage instructions to the Master, agents appointed, bunkers arranged, terminal and charterer liaison through loading and discharge.
Post fixture
Laytime and demurrage calculated, commercial surveys arranged, claims documented and pursued with charterers.
Accounts
Freight, hire and demurrage invoiced and collected into the owner's account. Voyage results and monthly statements issued.
